Akhyati Villas is located in a quite and beautiful Umalas Village. The serenity of the place ensures full comfort and privacy, whilst only 10 minutes drive from the tourist center of Kuta. Spend some quality time with your loved one in our one-bedroom villa designed for couples or come together with family or friends and stay in our two-bedroom villa.

Akhyati Villas offer 6 (six) one-bedroom villas and 4 (four) two-bedroom villas each with a private pool. Elegantly furnished comfortable bedroom with separate living and dining area, each villa is decorated in natural wood and cool terrazzo. Each villa has its own butler dedicated to cater to your individual needs, assuring a profesional and personalized service. Villa Akhyati is the choice for a truly private and exclusive environment in the midst of Bali's serene natural landscape.

All villas are arranged in modern Asian style of architecture whilst still keeping touch with nature, featuring elegant outdoor living and dining areas complete with an exclusive kitchenette and access to beautiful private bedroom. The en-suite bathroom features elegant bathtub, separate shower and dressing area surrounded by water plants and flowers.

1. Rates
   All rate are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, daily breakfast based on 2 person per bedroom, complimentary drop off car usage, welcome drink and cold towel and complimentary drinking water.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   Low Season period: January 6 - July 31, September 16 - December 24
   High season period: August 1 - September 15
   Peak season period: December 25 - January 5
3. Minimum Stays:
   Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
   High Season: 5-NIGHTS
   Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS
